Privacy policy
Updated on 19 October 2026
This policy explains what information is collected through the website of Dr. Meytal Salman’s clinic, Dental Studio TLV, how it is used and how to contact us about it. It covers website use and inquiries received through it. Information handled during medical treatment is also subject to the laws governing care and medical records.
Who is responsible for the information?
Dr. Meytal Salman’s clinic, Dental Studio TLV, at 15 Habarzel Street, Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv, is responsible for processing information submitted through this website. For privacy, access or correction requests, email drmeytals@gmail.com or call +972 3-551-2510.
Information you provide in a form
Contact and appointment forms ask for your name and telephone number and, depending on the form, email, subject, preferred contact time and a message. Required fields are marked. Providing information is voluntary and is not a legal obligation. Without valid contact details, we cannot respond through the form. You may contact the clinic by telephone instead.
The details are used to receive your inquiry, respond, answer questions and arrange a visit. Correspondence may be retained to continue handling the same inquiry. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing or, by itself, constitute consent to advertisements.
Medical and sensitive information
The website form is for initial contact and scheduling. Do not attach medical images, identity documents, payment details or a detailed medical history. If medical information is needed, the clinic will arrange an appropriate way to provide it. Do not share another person’s details without appropriate authorization.
Technical data and external services
Loading the website may generate technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, access times and error records. These are used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
The website includes Google Maps and reCAPTCHA protection against automated use. Loading these components may send technical information about your visit to the provider even if you do not submit a form. WhatsApp, social media and other external links lead to environments operated by those providers. Contacting us through them also shares information with the provider under its policies. You may choose to call instead.
Cookies and stored preferences
The website uses cookies and browser local storage, including to remember cookie choices and accessibility preferences. The sn_consent cookie stores your cookie choice for up to 180 days. Some preferences also remain in browser local storage until changed or deleted.
You can open cookie settings at any time and change the displayed category choices. The presence of an analytics or marketing category does not mean that such a tool is active. These controls apply to components connected to the consent mechanism and do not manage all information sent to external services, such as a map or security component.
You can also delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Deletion or blocking may reset preferences and affect some functions. A changed choice applies going forward and does not itself delete an inquiry already sent to the clinic.
Who may receive the information?
Information is intended for clinic staff handling inquiries. Providers needed to operate the website and communications, such as hosting, maintenance and email providers, may process information to deliver those services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or a competent order, or where necessary to establish or protect legal rights, to the extent required and permitted by law. Providing contact details does not authorize their sale or transfer for third-party marketing.
International email, mapping, security and communication providers may process information outside Israel. Relevant legal requirements apply to such transfers, and external services are also governed by their providers’ privacy policies.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the purpose of the inquiry, the need to continue handling it, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Information that becomes part of a medical record may have different retention requirements from an initial inquiry. We do not promise immediate deletion where there is a legal obligation or lawful reason to retain information.
Information protection is subject to the security obligations applying to the clinic and its providers. No online service is entirely immune to faults or unauthorized access. Please include only the information needed for your inquiry.
Access, correction and other requests
Under Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, and subject to its exceptions, you may request access to personal information about you held in a database. If it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated, you may request correction or deletion under the statutory conditions. The right to deletion is not absolute and does not override other retention obligations.
Send requests using the contact details above and explain what you wish to check or correct. Appropriate identity verification may be requested to prevent unauthorized disclosure. Do not send an identity document or medical information in advance. Requests will be handled under applicable law. You may also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority about a privacy concern.
Policy updates
This policy may change as services or legal requirements change. The update date appears above. A policy change does not itself constitute consent to a new use of information. Any further notice or consent required by law must be provided or obtained.
